DESCRIPTION:

This novel was originally written in late 1970s with the working title, THE DRAGON'S BREATH. It is about a giant oil well off the coast of California that has a major disaster. At first the oil spill threatens the greater Los Angeles area, but it quickly escalates to potentially a world wide catastrophe.
